[Answer] Do you think Hamilton was right? Is it necessary for us to give federal judges life terms?

Answer: I believe Hamilton was right and it’s necessary for us to give federal judges life terms. Hamilton explains that “Periodical appointments…would in some way or other be fatal to their necessary independence.” If judges are constantly replaces many of them would probably be manipulated by officials since there would be a new need to get “reelected”. Also if they have their position for life their interpretations of law or decisions in cases wouldn’t be influenced by others.
